Greek Ship owners show signs of optimism for 2010
South Korea˘s Daewoo Shipbuilding confirmed an agreement with Angelicoussis Shipping Group for a large order, consisting of 2 VLCC oil tankers and 2 Capesize dry bulk carriers, for delivery by the second hand of 2012.
This is yet another contract in a series of new building orders made by Greek ship owners in the past two weeks, sign that owners have entered the New Year with high optimism for the prospects it holds for both the dry bulk and wet markets. |
